Requirement moderation
Candidates go live with consent without review. Requirements require approval except trusted verified-organization posts under the optional rule.
Off by default. When on, only jobs by owner-verified recruiters, with matching company name and detailed descriptions, qualify. All others wait for manual review.

Member permissions
The batch application feature is private. Grant access only to reviewed members, with an audit log. The normal job directory never advertises this option.
Use the Grant/Remove batch action beside each user in the Members table.
Employer-authorized job feeds
Connect a company's official Greenhouse or Lever job feed only when you have authorization to display its listing summaries and links. Imported listings link to the original employer application; they cannot be applied to through C2CBoard.
Users & permissions
Owner-only directory. Member email addresses and credits are never part of the public API.

All recruitment listings
Review every job and consultant hotlist, including pending, approved and expired content. Unpublishing keeps an audit trail and removes the listing from public search.

Candidate safety oversight
Individual profiles publish without approval. You can hide unsafe profiles after reviewing them, with an audit trail.
Community reports
Review alleged scams, spam, inaccurate requirements or privacy concerns. Report resolution is logged, but does not automatically remove a listing.
