Recruitment playbook

A practical bench sales workflow

Find relevant requirements without blasting every vacancy, and keep each consultant's personal information under control.

Step 01

Confirm permission first

Get authorization from the consultant to create their profile and represent them. Verify which details may be shared and whether you can introduce them for each role.

Step 02

Describe the right skills

Provide a concise professional headline, real technology experience and preferred location. Avoid copying private identifiers into public summaries.

Step 03

Filter for real fit

Compare essential skills, engagement type, work arrangement, location and experience. An overlap score is a screening aid, not an employment decision or immigration eligibility test.

Step 04

Submit with context

Send the relevant consultant only when the requirements are suitable. Include a short, factual introduction; avoid repeat submissions or unsolicited outreach.

Step 05

Follow up respectfully

Track submission outcomes and reply through the authorized contact route. Stop sharing a consultant's information if authorization has been withdrawn.

Step 06

Keep the profile current

Update availability and technical skills; hide stale profiles rather than leaving outdated candidate information visible.

How job discovery works here

First-party requirements are submitted by recruiters and independently moderated. Separately, C2CBoard can show attributed links from employer job feeds, but only after a source is authorized by the owner. External postings send you directly to the original employer; they aren't C2CBoard applications and aren't published as duplicate job detail pages.

Protect candidate data

Do not upload passports, identity documents, Social Security numbers or immigration documents to a recruiting profile. Verify your own authority to share a consultant's data. Contact wonderdock.support@gmail.com for correction, removal or privacy concerns.
